Thanks so much for the microwave fudge. Was thinking about fudge this
morning and wondered if there was a way to get around cooking it, thanks
again. Louise

Subject: [CnD] Kroger Microwave Fudge

KROGER MICROWAVE FUDGE

Two pounds powdered sugar

One cup cocoa

Two sticks margarine

One half cup milk

One teaspoon vanilla

One and one half cups chopped pecans, (optional)

1.. Thoroughly blend the powdered sugar and cocoa. Blend in a large
microwave-safe bowl.

2.. Add the margarine and the milk to the cocoa mixture. (Do not stir.)

3.. Place bowl in microwave and cook on high for approximately 3 minutes.
The
margarine should be soft and melted.

4.. Add the vanilla and nuts, (if using). Stir vigorously until all is
well-blended.

5. Pour fudge into a 9 by 13 inch pan and chill in the refrigerator for at

least one hour to allow fudge to harden. Cut into squares and serve. This
makes approximately sixty, one inch squares.
If you're lucky enough to be Irish, you're lucky enough!
