I hope I can get some assistance. I need a recipe for something easy yet good that I could make in the crock pot. I'm having company in a few days and need to prepare a meal for dinner but have limited cooking experience. It would have to be either chicken or pork. I can get some ingredients for sure. I suppose I could also do something simple in the oven if that would be just as easy. So, anything quick and easy would be great for this novice. Thanks!
