Will, this is the recipe I use for Chicken Fajitas, It is VERY simple, and you can simply put the crock on the table, give your gusts soft taco shells and put the cheese on the table in a bowl for garish. I have this at least every other week when the kids are here.\
Easy Chicken Fajitas 1 to 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, thawed 1 large onion cut into slices, separate pieces 1 small package of taco or fajita seasoning 1 cup of your favorite salsa Soft taco shells shredded cheese of your choice Spray with cooking spray or coat with margarine, the bottom and sides of the crock. Put all onion pieces in the bottom of the crock. Top with 2-3 chicken breasts. Sprinkle seasoning over breasts, then pour slasa over all. Cover and cook for about 5 hours. Open the crock and stir, the chicken with a little help, should fall into pieces, or it can be taken out and shreds with two forks. Return to crock and cook about 1/2 hour more. Sit your guests at the table, pass out the soft shells, and let them fill them as desired, and add cheese to the top. This is delicious, and so easy. I need a recipe for something easy yet good that I could make in the crock pot. I'm having company in a few days and need to prepare a meal for dinner but have limited cooking experience. It would have to be either chicken or pork. I can get some ingredients for sure. I suppose I could also do something simple in the oven if that would be just as easy. So, anything quick and easy would be great for this novice. Thanks!
