Well, I wish I could give you a recipe for tuna noodle casserole but don't have 
one but maybe you have tried this already when I make tuna sandwiches I put a 
little bit of tomato, or black olives, or dill relish, I think you can put 
other things if you like radishes, bell pepper, or use the common celery, or 
spice it up with some jalapenos or carrots I'm sure there are many things
