Yeah, canned mushrooms, not mushroom soup for this, as it would make it too
mushy and cut the tomato flavor some. It's a great improvisational recipe,
and I make it from time to time because it's so easy and gets such a good
result. Like the tuna casserole, just mix everything in, but of course you
cook the ground cow before putting it in, just like you do with the noodles
of your choice.
