If you get the medium or small grill, there is no need for labeling. You can spray the grill plates with Pam or other cooking sprays, if desired, plop the meat on the grill, close the lid, make certain the drip tray is positioned to catch the grease, plug in the grill, and that's it. The ones I've had do not have timers or buttons. Once you plug it in, it starts cooking. Check with your library to see if the manual, complete with recipes and times, is available in a format you can use.
Don't be discouraged if things don't turn out perfectly the first few times; you'll get the hang of it. Good luck!
