One suggestion:  line the pan with foil and after baking let the pan set until 
the grease cools then fold up the foil and trash it. Easy cleanup.

Use a shallow pan, such as a broiler pan or a 13"x9" baking pan. Place a cake 
rack inside the pan. Place bacon on top, don't overlap the strips. Bake, 
uncovered at 400-425-degrees F. for 12-15 minutes.

Be careful removing the pan from the oven, the bacon fat will be *very hot!
