This one reminds me of a recipe that we had at the Texas school for the blind. 
This was when they still had their fresh gardens and We made everything fresh 
for our English muffin pizzas except for the English muffins. These were the 
best little pizzas I’ve ever had. Some thing about fresh ingredients and fresh  
off the vine not 15 minutes before.
