Couple of bugs in recent OS X version 0.5-pre-1 (Fink build from Apr 30). 1. When using Choose Rotamer or making an alternate conformation of an MSE residue fails to display the CE atom in the model, although the coordinate is generated.
2. Dynarama ... graphics messed up. can't read the residue names as on previous version. 3. Is there a schema command for toggling ghost image on and off? Thanks, Mark
