which appears to have worked ok. The coot startup error (sadly) is
below. a quick look around finds the "libguilegtk-2.0" that is claimed
not to be found, so I will have to mull this over... where might the
core file be? not that I really want to look at it....
libguilegtk-2.0 is in the binary distribution but the coot script fails
to find it.. fixed in fc1fa423a0096178c7b3d7c8967b1d68bfa444da
