Don't worry about the gtk stuff, it shouldn't be necessary, I think that
error pops up all the time for me.

$ yum install fftw2

should hopefully fix the other library dependency.

(I found this easily online)


You don't say specifically, but I'm guessing you're not familiar with
Centos?
Perhaps read some of the documents that are available online?
For yum, you could e.g. start here
