I propose that we protect ourselves from API changes in the future, by making
the API:
{code}
public void jobUpdated(JobChangeEvent e);
{code}
and the JobChangeEvent includes a getJobInProgress() method. That will allow us
to add new events in the future without having to change all of the schedulers.
