Right. I think we need to state this direction in the document an even summarize it in the abstract. We also may need to find a way to install provisional registrations for an extended period of time; I haven’t thought about that, but that may at some point a conversation that the chairs need to have with ADs and IANA. > Definitely open on title feedback as I am new to this.
