I took a look at title of RFC 8037, as it does something vaguely
similar. Unfortunately, the title would be quite long (even longer
than the already long title of RFC 8037): 

Post-Quantum Signatures in JSON Object Signing and Encryption (JOSE)
and CBOR Object Signing and Encryption (COSE)


Looking at title of RFC 8037 again, it has unexpanded "CFRG", so
not expanding would give:

Post-Quantum Signatures in JOSE and COSE
