With some text like:
The CBOR tagged type indicates a certificate as specified
by a CBOR Tag [RFC8949]. The certificate section contains the CBOR
encoded representation of a CBOR Tag that contains the certificate
as its Tag content. The Tag number indicates the specific format.
So you take a more general approach than 4398 did and leave it all to
the CBOR tag to say what is here.
Oh, and don't forget updating the TLSA RR while you are at it.
