We already have it in
https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-rats-eat-media-type-02.html#section-6.1,
which is a handy place if we need a stable reference for the
registration.

If that is not necessary, we'd be happy to consume a registration done
directly to IANA, as long as it completes in the same timeline as the
EAT media-types document -- which is going to enter WGLC pretty soon.
