I was thinking along the same lines as Mary. Trees aside, I would just be happy to have a table that contained listers' email addresses (if they are willing), and a list of their surnames. If I did a surname search, it would not only show me instances that appear on the site but would also show me any members who had listed that surname, and then I could contact them directly. If there is a privacy concern, you could always use an alias email address. Pat G
