I'm in the process of stripping out the control column and need some advice. The two yoke U/J's are connected to shafts that each run in a sleeve and each shaft carries a sprocket at the far end. Despite media blasting this assembly, I can't quite figure out how these shafts are withdrawn from the sleeves. I don't want to use a press or a puller until I know where to press or pull. Can anyone tell us how to do this?
