One thing you can do to check the wiring/power supply is to switch the leads on the power supply so that the one that is not working is hooked up to one that is/was working. If the same one doesn't work, you know that the problem may be in the wiring. If the non working one follows the connection, you know it is a problem within the power supply. I had a problem several years ago, and found that by talking to Whelen direct, they made a repair for me which actually turned out to be a newer unit due to lack of parts. The total cost was about 1/2 of that of buying a new power supply outright. Good Luck
