I had a problem with mine about a year ago, did the same as you, replaced
the
bulb first, but that wasn't it. I called Whelen and was very happy to hear
they have a "flat rate" repair for the powr supply. I have (I believe) a
different unit than you (mine is a self contained unit) but this might be
a
cheaper way to go. I think total bill w/ shipping and everything was
$60.00.
I guess they are only good for so many flashes.(aren't we all?)
