Harry, I to dislike the Ercoupe with Alon style of panel. For the same
reasons plus I like to fly right seat with others in the aircraft. The
military T work very well from both sides. You can read it with ease when
it
in the center of the panel. 99371 had Alon style. I don't miss it at all.
One question I have always had is, Is the Inst panel structural or not.
Heard people say Yes and No.
Now a note about Alon style panel in Alons. In the Alon you sit
differently. So the panel is not as bad as in the Ercoupe. How ever it
still
blocks some forward view.
