I fear you can't get there from here.  A few months ago I found out my F1A
had 415C rag wings.  The consensus was that since the wings were built on
a
different TC than the fuselage, it couldn't be legalized.  Then you have
to
consider the gross weights allowed were significantly different.  The only
thing that turned up regarding structural differences was the "D" models
and
above had a heavier rear spar in the wing (and possibly through the
fuselage
too).  I traded the "C" wings for a set of Forney wings with a sizeable
boot
too!  Had the rag wings been from a "D" model I might have had a fighting
chance since both were built from the same TC but without that, there was
little chance.
