All the changes I have heard of, except maybe the one about removing the horse hair from the seat cushions and using lightweight foam, add weight. Our 415-C converted to a D with lots of extras weighs in at 948 lb. The lightest I have heard of is Don Russell's 415C, which he claims to weigh only 742 lb. Lynn Nelsen N99387 52FL
