----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]---- Did that to my 415C about a month ago...Bellville's out and rubber in. Lee at Skyport suggested measuring from the top of the main tire to the bottom of the wing. He said around 7.5 inches was about right. Mine was 7 inches on one side and 7.6 on the other. I bought a complete kit from Skyport including the 7/16 spacers that compensate for the double nose gear fork for just a bit under $300.00. Instructions were excellent including which type of oil to use. I can dig them out if you want further information. I don't however, remember anything about Marvel Mystery Oil. I had an A&P helping me and it took about 1.5 hours per side. My tail is still about 1" low, but I can definately live with that. Before it was over 8" low, but it too seemed to fly okay. If nothing else it gives me the peace of mind that if I do have to land in significant x-wind the plane is set up for it. Looks better, too. :] Don [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > We're annualling our '58 Forney (extensively).
