I just hung my C-85 and can not seem to get above 1400RPM. I can only get to that point by applying carb heat. I have adjusted the fuel mixture on the back of the carb and have checked to see if my mixture is wired to the rich position, all seems normal. It fires up easy and runs great up to about 1250-1300, then gets to coughing like it needs more fuel, I give it carb heat and get a few hundred more RPMs, but thats all. Any ideas
