Found the Fix,   Pulled carb mixture control apart, found the lever on
top in the 180 out position so the holes on the mixture plate not lining
up correctly. Made the whole thing run off of the low speed or idle
jets. Put all back together,  running great.  Not much longer and have
it ready for signoff.
