Steve, I was the one who had this problem, and solved it by draining the 
header tank,disconecting the line at the shutoff valve and blowing 
through the line.There was some dirt blocking the line.If you leave the 
header cap off you can hear if the line is open when you blow throught 
it. There is a right angle bend in mine which collected the dirt. 
Another person with the same problem simply bent the line to reduce the 
angle of bend, giving a better flowthrough.
There have been other solutions having to do with the vent holes and 
rubber washers,but since you've been flying for some time it seem 
logical that you have an obstruction.
