Steve; If your fuel system is still original, the fuel return line goes
into
the right wing tank just in front of the sight gauge tube. Assuming the
plumbing is original, if you put carefully some weight on the tail (on the

forward stabilizer bolt area), to cause the tail to go to the ground, some

fuel should drain out of the header tank into the wing tank. Wait several
minutes until you can see a positive reduction in the height of the gauge
in
the header tank.
Then remove the weight from the tail so the Coupe sits normally, and
loosen
the header tank fuel cap. Loosen the fuel return line fitting just in
front
of the right wing tank sight gauge then attempt to blow gently through the

line. You should hear air escaping into the header tank.
if you don't, or have a hard time blowing air through the line, then it is

plugged or partially plugged.
If you find it plugged, loosed the fitting on the header tank end of the
line. That should be the one on the right, but you can follow the line
from
the wing tank to the fuselage tank to be sure. Now if you can blow through

the line easily, you know the problem is in the header tank/fitting end.
If
you still can't blow through the line easily, the problem is in the line
itself.
After fixing the problem remember to carefully tighten both ends of the
line.
Let us know what you find.
Good Luck
