So you guys had to get me started didn't you...... IFR Required....Well how will that make anyone safer? I believe the airliners/Weapons were ALL IFR and under controller direction.... right up to the point where they were hijacked with a BOX KNIFE.... I do not see where Box Knife's are outlawed!!!
