Hello Coupers, does anyone know about a new FAA ruling that says checkrides in a non-ruddered airplane must be given by an FAA examiner who is endorsed in an airplane of that type? I understand that as of now a person will be issued a restricted license in that type of plane, but have just been told about the examiner thing. And will it be difficult to find an FAA official qualified to do this? Luckily I'm already licensed but the co-owner of my 415C is still working on his Private ticket.
