Having just gone through the process of "welting" , the first thing you
have to do is pack a picnic lunch and prepare to spend the day in
uncomfortable positions in you cozy cockpit. :-)
1. Remove the outer front windshield frame.
2. Remove stop screw at the top (if one is there)
3. Slide windows out throught the little opening at the top of the
windshield.
3. Remove baggage compartment floor
4. Remove the entire seat
5. NOW you can remove the side panels.
6. Remove the old welts and clean the groove in the window channel
7. Glue in the new welts and reverse the proceedure to put everything back
in place. If you windows worke as poorly as mine did, you will really
appreciate the new smooth operation.
Good Luck! Best regards,
