farther with contemplation of a purchase. No matter what.
As I recall, your aircraft just performed admirably on a journey halfway
across the country. Even so, it's looking like some expensive engine work
is in the offing.
The nice thing about oil analysis is that, as long as you trust the seller
not
to do a switcheroo, you can get one done and check out the results
long-distance
before planning a trip to see the aircraft first-hand.
So thanks, Steve. Your sad, albeit remarkably good-natured saga, has
served as a lesson for at least one of us.
