You are aware, Artie, that the Ercoupe carbourators are notorious for not
having an
acceleration pump? That could explain your problem If you get RPM Fade
when
applying throttle, try it again - counting 1 - 2 - 3 seconds from idle to
full bore.
Mine fades at exactly that range when I hit the power too fast. Check it
out.
