Many times when I answer, you can tell that I'm full of it.  This time
however, I'm
completely serious.  Larger tires do not in any way effect the speedo.
They do
however effect the actual speed you travel at a given rpm.  But, when the
speedo
reads 75, it reads 75.  The rpm of all components will be constant and not
change.
Your rate of travel will increase.
