Herb: A couple of years ago, our original generator was only putting out 7amps and was not able to keep up with the demand. We had to hand prop to get started a couple of times. We sent the generator up to Sacramento and had it boosted to 20 amps. It has worked fine ever since. Figure the amp draw in your coupe and if it is less than 20 this might be an answer for you.
