Hi, You left out of your story the time when the vibration began. Was it always there or did it begin after something else happened.
There is some disagreement as to whether there might be a range of rpm which cannot be allowed because of vibration problems. I have seen one note which limits the engines to use outside 1950 - 2100 with some prop combination while another combination had no limitations. You might also try changing the prop indexing to some other position. The usual position is chosen for hand propping purposes which does not guarantee the best vibration combination.
