I agree, mine also runs rough between 1800-2100.

Sounds like the standard C-90 vibration between 1800 and
2100 RPM. I have the same as you, OH engine with Millenniums
and around 100 hours, two different props that have been
into the prop shop. One thing to check for is induction
leaks, causing one cylinder to run a drastically different
mixture from the others.

My operation seems to always be at full throttle 2200 for
climb, 2450 for cruise, 1500 for descent. I avoid the bad
range. According to my mechanic, all the 4 banger
Continentals run roughly in this RPM region.
