I have the same endorsement with AIG. Last year, my rate was lower than the quoted Avemco rates. Also, AIG offered 'flat' (not per-seat) coverages, which Avemco did not. And they offered an endorsement for getting the airplane dismantled and transported in event of an off-airport landing. I'm in the process of getting renewal quotes now. Avemco's came in a lot higher than what I paid last year. I should have four or so more quotes on Friday, and will post the results then. All things being equal (or within a hundred bucks of equal) I'll stay with AIG. Their reputation is for being good claim payers.
