If you find that you ACTUALLY HAVE a major problem with this airplane
because of what you claim to have uncovered after purchase, I would see a
friendly lawyer (if there is such a thing) and ask him what he would
charge
to write a SINGLE letter to the owner with copies to the AP and the IA who
signed it off. The letter should state your intentions. [1] You want a
100%
refund or all three will end up in court.
