Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your view) there is no adjustment at the wing spar mounts. Two large bolts hold the spar to the centre section and two smaller bolts hold the trailing spare. Any misalignment in the centre section must be considered serious and could occur where very heavy landing or in flight overload has occurred and poor annual inspection has been conducted. There is an AD for the rear spare carry through of the centre section. Can't remember the number but it basically beefs up the rear spare carry through to prevent distortion and cracking.
I know this sounds silly but are the rear spar attach bolts fitted on the suspect wing? Easy to check.
