Hey Bill,

Welcome to Coupe ownership.  You're in for some serious flying now.  I
can't
help on your questions much but I do know there is an STC for an
alternator
to replace the generator.  If you add the transponder, etc, you may have
to
go that route, and certainly the transponder with encoder is a smart move.
Check out the new units from Garmin and UPS/Apollo.  Where are you
located?
