Push rod tubes

Hello folks, I'm wondering if any knows of a mod for the push rod tubes on a C-85 to help control oil leakage. When I had my pre-purchase inspection done two years ago the mechanic who performed it mentioned one I think. Any way, 2764H just started leaking more than normal from #3 around one of the boots at the bottom. I'd like to know if there is a better way to seal these and if there is, what is involved.
