I must admit I have not removed these bell crank assemblies with the wing attached. I have done it with the wing off. To be honest with you I cannot see why when having gone to the extent of removing the aileron rod ends connections, the rear spar connection and one of the main spare bolts why you would not remove the final bolt and lay the wing on the ground and do the job. You will find it difficult with the wing in place. Actually I found the most difficult task was getting a suitably thin socket or ring spanner that will fit over the four bolt heads holding the aileron crank frame in place. The bolt head is very close to the turned up lip on the frame and leaves very little room to fit the socket on the head. You might have to grind a socket down. I cannot remember what size they are. AN3 or AN4. The other problem is getting you hand inside the wing to hold the nuts so they do not turn. Find some one young with a small hand that will flex around in there. Other than that the job is a breeze.
