The M-10 has a real pronounced Dutch Roll in turbulence. 
It's a lot more than I've noticed in any other airplane
I've flown.  

This is a reach, but has there ever been anything like
a yaw damper or something that would help this, for Ercoupes
or Alons or M-10s?  Or is this just something that can never 
be helped?
