When I was young I lived in London, worked, as a toffee nose, with cockneys - I then moved to Bergen (Bergensere are just as bad as cockneys) in Norway and survived, stayed in Norway for 13 years then moved to Amsterdam (Amsterdammers are just as bad as Bergensere).
