ok but now just for again confirmation.. the best one to not change so
many things is to create an empty file/directory (as i guess can be a
directory) and generate the access file?

In this.. all clients can use the imap service with not restrictions
right? even if a empty access file is used to  generate the access dat
file db?

I ASK COS: you said "if no access file is specified"  but do not
mention about the parameter to remove in daemon rc script.:
