That was it -- I had the limit set at 4. Mozilla seems to be happy with a limit of 5, but OE6 requires a limit of at least 6 to keep from complaining. (Have you tried 5-folder limit with 6+ folders in OE6 yet? Your users might be getting the same warning and just not reported it.)
