I see so many posts on this list criticizing courier, and even Sam's character. Let me register as someone who is running courier on my business domain, and am quite pleased with it (granted, it's small and simple, but it works all the same). And I find Sam's advise useful, and if one doesn't like his character, then one can benefit from the advise while blithely ignoring the tone.
