hi, Perhaps I am missing something here. If it is just a couple lines of code and you really want it. Why not just add it and recompile? Rather than have it have_to_be_there ? Since you already know the 4 lines of code it sounds that you want to include. My micro corp simply attempts to do everything by RFCs period. When other ppl running other OSes have problem I simply check to make certain the issue is not coming from our backends. Then I simply say well heard of 'regedit' ? Delete the offending program in windows as it is not working. ( It is broken. ) Then if they question it what I do is simply dig up a windows program that is not broken and say see it works. .. The other windblows program is broken. Usually be this time they understand and are more than happy to use the one I suggested. Well hope it helps.
