You *must* include an IP address or network address. 0.0.0.0 might work.
*But* are you certain that you want to become an open relay? Unless you do 
something else to protect yourself, you will quickly find yourself 
blacklisted and so unable to send messages to most of the internet. You're 
probably also breaking your service agreement with your ISP. 

Be careful.
